Appointment Information

The showroom is by appointment only and can be booked from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays) 11:00~19:00. If you need to book on holidays, special time periods, or modify the appointment time, please call, write to us, or use the customer service link at the bottom right of the page to contact us.

A cleaning service fee of NTD 1,200 will be charged in cash for a single reservation during holidays or special periods, which can be deducted from the consumption on the day.

Due to space limitations and to maintain service quality, we only accept one group of guests (limited to 3 people or less) at each time period.

Please understand that other guests may have reservations before or after your reservation, so please be sure to pay attention to your arrival time.

If you have a style you like, please be sure to confirm with us whether it is available in the store on that day before making a reservation.

If you need to change your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. No-shows and no prior notice will not be accepted for online reservations.
