1. The return and exchange application period is within 7 days of receipt ( including holidays ) . Late applications will not be accepted. However, this does not apply to communications transactions where there are reasonable exceptions.

2. Due to hygiene issues, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for underwear, unless the product is defective.

3. Products with non-original damage, unofficial modifications, or incomplete or cut product tags will not be accepted for return or exchange.
